Learn to value your customer for those of us who are struggling entrepreneurs you have to look at each and everyone of your supporters as investors who have taken a great interest in your product . Those are the people who will tell there friends and family members about the service you provide, I value there opinion more than anything there feedback is every important to me , often I exchange emails and communicate with those who are interested in what SOUL INK is all about .
